DRESS CODE
Neat dress in the clubhouse and on the course is required at all times. All members of New
Ross Golf Club and visitors to the course and clubhouse are obliged to abide by our dress code.
Access to the course and clubhouse may be denied to those who do not comply with the code.
Gentlemen may not wear shorts of any kind in the clubhouse.
Soft Spikes must be worn on the course at all times.
Please Note
The official starter, course marshal and the staff in the pro shop may request that inappropriate attire be changed.
The following are suitable to wear on the course or in the clubhouse:
Branded collarless golf apparel
Tailored shorts
Clean and presentable BLACK denim trousers are permitted
Footwear must be worn at all times
The following are considered unsuitable for wear on the course or in the clubhouse:
Football/rugby style shirts
Football shorts or beach shorts Denim shirts
Collarless and/or sleeveless shirts or t-shirts
Tracksuit tops or bottoms
Ripped Jeans
Hats must be removed in the bar
Garments displaying slogans
Combats
Trouser legs must never be tucked into socks
Shirts must be tucked inside trousers
Metal Spikes Mobile Phones
Visitors and Members are respectfully requested to comply with the Club's rules.
MOBILE PHONES
Mobile phones may not be used in the Bar or Restaurant, on Putting Greens or on the Course. If you are using a mobile phone please use it discreetly and in a manner that shows proper consideration for others. Phones may be used in the changing rooms and outside in the car park. |
